Beginners Adobe Illustrator and Xd Course

What you will learn

Our combination courses are split over two sessions, one at the start of the month and one at the end - (two days and two days.) Please contact us to arrange payment and the dates you wish to study. Our combination courses offer the very best value for money. You will learn two packages in this training that integrate to have more control of the final output. You will save 20% on our combination courses, than if you were to book each one separately.*

(* We add the cost of the two courses together and deduct 20% from the final price.)

Whilst there are a few industry standard prototyping tools on the market, Adobe Xd is considered one of the very best. In this two day course, you’ll go from having never used Xd, to designing a final interactive prototype that can be shared with friends, colleagues or prospective employers. Adobe Xd skills are high in demand and UX is a huge growth industry.

In the Beginners Photoshop part of the course, you will learn the basics, enabling you to use the programme to an intermediate working level with Xd. You will discover the essential fundamentals of Photoshop such as RGB vs CMYK, image resolution, layers, cropping and rotating artwork, before going on to more complex tasks such as cutting out parts of an image.

We want you to practice what you have learned in the Adobe Illustrator course before moving onto Xd. That's why we split our combination courses over two sessions, one at the start of the month and one at the end - (two days and two days.)

  • Split over two sessions
  • Industry experienced qualified instructors
  • A maximum of six students
  • Choice of Mac or Windows computers (classroom courses only)
  • Your choice of complimentary lunch (classroom courses only)

Most of our Adobe courses come with a free Adobe authorised training manual for your reference during and after the training. The courses where no manual is available come with comprehensive notes for you to take away with you. We always have a maximum of six delegates in our classrooms which will give you more one on one time with the instructor.

You are encouraged to ask us examples of how to do things that you need to learn for you role. We try and tailor a portion of the day to accommodate this, so that everybody leaves with relevant knowledge suited to their job.

Our trainers are all Adobe certified (Adobe Certified Instructors) and more importantly, have worked in relevant roles using all of the software they teach. We check all of our trainers credentials thoroughly before we employ them, to give you the student, the very best learning experience.

About the town...

Twickenham is of course famous for its stadium, home to the England national rugby team. But it is also a town that sits on a beautiful stretch of the River Thames, between Richmond and Kingston.

There are many bars, restaurants and pubs in the area providing Twickenham with a very lively night life. Some of the pubs are literally on the banks of the Thames, with two of the Royal Parks, (Richmond and Bushy) also located in fairly close proximity. Eel Pie Island, home to some very famous creatives, is also in the area and accessible via a footbridge across the river.
