Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or reschedule you course, you must notify us by emailing courses@papapixel.co.uk Cancellation will not become effective until Papa Pixel Training Ltd confirms it has received this by way of a reply.

THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION CHARGES APPLY:

14 or more working days notice: Free to cancel or reschedule.

13 or less working days notice: The full cost of the course unless we are able to sell your place before the course commences. We will add the spare place to the date of your course on our booking system. If we are able to sell your place, we will reimburse you in full. If we are unable to sell your place, the full cost of the course will be non refundable.

If you would like to change the name of the course attendee, let us know two working days prior to the course start date. If the course starts on a Monday, we will need to be notified on the Thursday before.

Papa Pixel Training Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course (or part of a course) at any time. We will attempt to reschedule at a time convenient to you or will offer you a full refund. Under no circumstances will compensation be payable or shall Papa Pixel Training Ltd be liable for any loss of earnings.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT in 2021 (ie. there is no further charge at checkout.) This will change later in the year and we will update these terms accordingly. No delegates that book a course with us at the present time, will be asked to pay any VAT afterwards.

Copyright

Papa Pixel supplies printed course materials to our delegates for reference after the course has ended. We reserve all rights on these materials and none may be reproduced in any form or distributed to others. This includes, but is not limited to, printing, emailing or putting onto the internet.

Privacy Notice

By accepting our terms and conditions of booking when reserving a place or places on one of our courses, you grant us your permission to record your personal details and log your IP address.

This information will not be made available to any party other than us, you and representatives of your company when appropriate.

01 Collect points on courses

When you book a course at Papa Pixel, we allocate you electronic credits which are worth £5 each. These can then be used for discounts on further courses. When booking your second course, you will receive the electronic credits as a discount relative to the duration of your first course. We will email you a discount code that you can apply at checkout. This breaks down as so:

One day course - 10 credits (£50 off second course)
Two day course - 15 credits (£75 off second course)
Four day course - 25 credits (£125 off second course)*

* PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR FOUR DAY COURSES RUN AS A PAIR OF TWO DAY COURSES SPREAD OVER A MONTH.

02 Save your credits

If however you would rather save your credits towards a bigger discount on another course, don't worry, we've got you covered! For example, if you booked a pair of two day courses, you would receive 30 credits, totalling £150. We could then apply that discount towards another course.

03 Remote training discount

For companies using us to come and train at their premises, we offer cost effective solutions to save you money. Please contact us for more details.

We are an eight minute walk away from Twickenham Station (Zone 5.)

The Reading train from Waterloo or Clapham Junction is a semi-fast service that stops at Twickenham directly. Journey time from Waterloo is approximately 20 minutes and 15 minutes from Clapham Junction.

Twickenham station also serves Reading, Wimbledon, Richmond, Kingston, Windsor & Eton, Hounslow and Staines. WALKING FROM THE STATION GETTING HERE BY CAR OR BUS

About the town...

Twickenham is of course famous for its stadium, home to the England national rugby team. But it is also a town that sits on a beautiful stretch of the River Thames, between Richmond and Kingston.

There are many bars, restaurants and pubs in the area providing Twickenham with a very lively night life. Some of the pubs are literally on the banks of the Thames, with two of the Royal Parks, (Richmond and Bushy) also located in fairly close proximity. Eel Pie Island, home to some very famous creatives, is also in the area and accessible via a footbridge across the river.
